On the off chance that anyone reads these anymore:

We're having our Annual
General Meeting next week on Friday the 22nd of May.  We need to make
quorum so we thought we might lure you with free pizza and drinks.
We'll have the food at 1:30pm outside eZone (the place where we
normally have Friday screenings) and the meeting itself will start at
2:00pm.  We'll try and get through all the bureaucracy as soon as
possible to get you back to your anime/life (choose one).  If you
can't attend and wish to be considered for a position you can send us
an email with a quick speech we'll read out for you on the day and
your student details.  Positions up for election are:

Executive:

President
Vice-President
Secretary
Treasurer

Non-Executive:

Librarian
Newsletter Publications
Web Publications
General Committee 1 (Screening Minion)
General Committee 2 (Publication Minion)

Constitution Changes are also going to be implemented, they are relatively minor.  Just some stuff to pull us in line with new C&S regulations and a slight shifting of the definitions of some club committee roles.

Find the Old Constitution at : http://3wanime.org/Constitution2008.doc
and the New Constitution (Proposed) at : http://3wanime.org/Constitution2009.doc
